Nigeria to Face Morocco in CHAN 2018 Final

Nigeria has qualified for the final of the Champions of Africa Nation 2018.   The Super Eagles defeated a strong side Sudan by 1-0 in the semi-final match played on Wednesday. Trump hails 'new American moment' in State of the Union

A bullish US President Donald Trump has proclaimed a "new American moment" as he delivers his maiden State of the Union speech on Tuesday night.  In a primetime address to Congress, he told lawmakers: "There has never been a better time to start living the American dream." The Republican leader will say he is "extending an open hand" to Democrats to set aside bitter political division. The American economy is booming but Mr Trump's approval rating languishes. Fish-derived omega-3 best for preventing breast cancer

When it comes to breast cancer prevention, studies have shown that increasing the intake of omega-3 fatty acids can help. New research, however, indicates that certain types of omega-3 may be more effective than others. Scientists at the University of Guelph in Ontario, Canada, have revealed that omega-3 fatty acids derived from fish oil may be around eight times more effective for halting the development of aggressive breast cancer tumors than those from plant-based sources. Study co-author Prof. David Ma, who currently works in the Department of Human Health and Nutritional Sciences at the University of Guelph, and colleagues recently reported their findings in the Journal of Nutritional Biochemistry .
