  1. Redefine marriage:    Begin to see marriage as an act: “Mar ‘D’ Rage”. . Consider that the word “mar” means to spoil or render less useful.Anger is a weapon that can either be channeled negatively or positively. However, when it comes to a serious or marriage relationship you must consciously bring your anger under control or better still, destroy your anger, otherwise it will destroy your marriage. Surrender your rage because no one benefits from the effects of anger. Your spouse will get on your nerves many times, learn to “Mar the Rage” before the rage renders your marriage useless. 2. Establish a true acceptance of our parents and of their relationships.   Some of us were blessed enough to have parents with a very strong and loving relationship. Others were not so lucky. People, even though they are in a relationship, are different from each other whether we care to admit or not. Ironically, this becomes apparent as soon as they fall for each other. Liberian church massacre survivors seek US justice

The Monrovia Church massacre in 1990 was the worst single atrocity of the Liberian civil war. About 600 civilians, including many children, were killed while taking refuge in a church. Hundreds of terrified families, looking for a safer place to sleep, took refuge in St Peter's Lutheran Church - a spacious building in a walled compound. Huge Red Cross flags flew at every corner. But on the night o

Leaders of South Africa's ruling ANC party are meeting to decide the future of President Jacob Zuma, who is under intense pressure to quit. Reports quoting party insiders say the National Executive Committee (NEC) has given him two days to step down. ANC leader Cyril Ramaphosa was seen leaving the Pretoria talks, reportedly for Mr Zuma's nearby residence, before returning to the venue late on Monday. Mr Zuma, 75, has been battling corruption allegations. He has resisted increasing pressure to quit since December, when Mr Ramaphosa replaced him as leader of the ANC. Speaking to supporters in Cape Town on Sunday, Mr Ramaphosa said: "We know you want closure. Our people want this matter to be finalized." He acknowledged the ANC was going through "a period of difficulty, disunity and discord", and said he was seeking "a new beginning". He pledged to tackle the corruption that has marred Mr Zuma's nine years in office. Mr R
