  A tourist touring Midtown Manhattan was beaten with a baton during a fight with a stranger over a meals cart line, cops stated Wednesday. The 21-year-old victim, who lives in San Jose, Ca., was in line with various friends at a cart close to Sixth Ave. and W. 52nd St. when he got into an argument with a stranger about 1:20 a.m. Monday over their place in line, police sources said. As the victim and his pals, all travelling collectively from the West Coast, sat at some benches to eat their food, the stranger walked over to another bench, put down his meals and backpack and put on a black sweatshirt and ski mask, surveillance video shared by police shows. He then stormed over to the victim, struck him in the head with a baton and ran off. Medics took the tourist to Bellevue Hospital, where he was treated and released.
