Harry And William 'Will Have Personal Meeting' After Statue Of Their Mom Diana Is Unveiled
Prince Harry and Prince William will have a 'private meeting' after the statue of their late mom Princess Diana is unveiled as reports of a rift between the brothers rages on, sources claim.
The Duke of Cambridge, 39, and the Duke of Sussex, 36, will stand shoulder to shoulder on Thursday for the unveiling of Diana's statue to mark what would've been her 60th birthday.
But at the back of the scenes the brothers have been separated via a rift that started in March 2019 when William reportedly threw Harry and Meghan out of Kensington Palace over the alleged bullying of staff, a royal historian has said.
In a sign that William and Harry would possibly be willing to settle their differences, sources claim they will hold a private meeting after the tribute - dubbed an 'informal' and 'beautiful' memorial - is unveiled, The Daily Telegraph reports.
Prince Harry arrived in the UK on Friday and is staying at Frogmore Cottage where he must self isolate for 5 days at which point he may additionally be allowed to leave isolation if he tests negative.
It was today claimed he arrived early to attend a charity event as a 'surprise guest', with organisers moving 'Heaven and Earth' to have him be there, The Sun reports.
Thursday's statue ceremony in the Sunken Garden at Kensington Palace - where Diana lived, and which is now home to William and his household - will be a small event.
William and Harry, Diana's close household and the sculptor Ian Rank-Broadley are amongst the few attending.
The brothers - who last met in person at Prince Philip's funeral - are understood to have spent 'weeks' working out where to place the statue in the palace.
No details of the statue have been revealed ahead of time, but it is understood to show Diana's youthful and playful character.
