Paul Harrison knew he had to make a change. He was overweight, stuck in a rut and was sick of being a slob. So he and partner Louise decided to join a gym and ditch their unhealthy lifestyle for good. Just 16 weeks later Paul had lost a staggering 46lb, dropping from 16st 12b to 13st 8lb. And the whole family have benefited from his health kick now that he insists that they all go out on healthy walks together before the kids are allowed to play on their Xbox.
