Meet three women who are following FATnosis - and over one year have lost a phenomenal 21 stone between them: “I give food a right rollocking - and lost ten stone”   Chrissy Stone, 54, lives in Plymouth, Devon, with her husband Robert and daughters Hellene, 31, and Keziah, 20. Was: 22 stone. Size 28. Now: 11 stone 10lbs. Size 12. Lost: 10 stone 4lbs    “If ever I feel drawn to a chocolate bar I pick it up, stare straight at it and give it a stern telling off. ‘You won’t control me. I am the boss. A civil society group, the Centre for Anti-Corruption and Open Leadership (CACOL), has petitioned the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Yakubu Dogara, demanding the probe of the Director-General of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Mounir Gwarzo. It had reported that Gwarzo allegedly collected a severance package of N104 million from SEC shortly after he was named its director-general in 2015. He allegedly paid himself the said sum as an entitlement for being executive commissioner for two-and-a-half years. In a letter by Debo Adeniran, CACOL executive chairman, the group described Gwarzo’s act as a “total disregard for the standing rule in the civil service”. The group said “severance benefit can only be paid to an employee who has concluded his or her service and has completely disengaged from service and not to an employee who has been promoted within the commission as is in the case of Mr Gwarzo”. CACOL also asked the House of Re
