Murdered Brit's Parents 'Applying Today' To Take Her Child

Caroline Crouch’s dad and mom are to apply in Greece for full custody of her eleven month-old daughter on Thursday after the Brit mum was murdered by her husband, it is reported.

David and Susan Crouch are poised to ask an Athens family court for permission to look after Lydia with the father Babis Anagnostopoulos facing jail after confessing to Caroline’s killing.

The parents’ lawyer Thanassis Harmanis stated they prefer the infant to stay with them at their home on the Greek island of Alonissos.

He informed the Sun: "We are making an attempt to see if we can reach a consensual agreement with Babis' family.

"If that is not agreed, we will apply for exclusive custody."

Mr Crouch reportedly said: “Both Susan and I will spend the rest of our lives making positive that justice is carried out and making sure that her little daughter Lydia is brought up with all the benefits that we can provide her and that the reminiscences of her mom stay forever.”

Currently the baby is being looked after by the mother and father of Anagnostopoulos, who also want custody.
