Oliver Hudson is speaking up about how coming off his medicine last year left him with "severe anxiety."

However, I am in a good mood right now. I'm in a fantastic mood. It may only last an hour, and I may return to my previous state, but for now, I'm going to bask in normalcy."

Hudson noted in the description to the 2021 video that he was "in the throes of tremendous anxiety" and that he had few moments where he felt normal.
