A Son Who Beat His Mum To Death With A Hammer Has Been Jailed For Life

A SON who beat his mum to death with a hammer and lived along with her body for 2 months has been confined for life.

Once asked by disturbed friends, valley Morgan, 43, same his mum Judith Rhead, sixty eight was in Covid isolation.

The horrific attack happened in her bedchamber at their range in Pembroke Dock, Pembs.

Morgan went as so much as telling neighbours his mum was within the hospital and even sent texts from her phone, a court heard.

Involved friends eventually alerted the authorities when Mrs Rhead had not been seen for over 2 months.

Functionary Paul Lewis same two officers visited the house on Feb twenty however there was no answer.

 Lewis said "A little bedchamber window was open. Officers rapt internet curtains aside and will see blood within and a body on the point of the bed."

Swansea Crown Court detected Mrs Rhead was found motion next to the bed with a bag over her head.

A post mortem examination found she suffered fourteen lacerations to her os beside a string of fractures - as well as one round the circumference of her head.

Lewis said: "Morgan killed his mother by repeatedly putting her to the top with a beat in what should are a sustained and brutal attack that occurred in her own home."
