  Reno Omokri, a former aide to ex-President Goodluck Jonathan, has hinted that Nnamdi Kanu, chief of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, was once rearrested in Kenya.  A four-year-old boy who drowned in an unincorporated area close to Northbrook was identified early Tuesday, according to the Cook County Medical Examiner’s office.
