The Home Office Has Recorded Zero Migrant Crossings On Saturday And 89 People Getting Into UK Waters On Sunday.
The figures mark one of the lowest latest weekend totals after 568 people made the unsafe crossing last weekend.
The Home Office validated UK authorities dealt with 4 activities on Sunday involving 89 people.
In a statement, a spokesperson said: 'Criminal gangs are placing earnings before people's lives via these risky and useless crossings.
'More than 4,000 people have been averted from making the risky crossing so far this year and we are cracking down on the despicable crook gangs behind humans smuggling.
'Inaction is no longer an option while human beings are dying. The Government is bringing rules ahead via our New Plan for Immigration which will ruin the commercial enterprise mannequin of these heinous humans smuggling networks and save lives.'
It comes as the Home Office is investigating an incident in which migrants trying to cross the English Channel have been reportedly picked up in French waters by the UK Border Force and taken to Dover.
The cross was orchestrated between senior crew members of HMC Valiant and French patrol ship Athos last Saturday.
Home Secretary Priti Patel has many times vowed to make the unsafe route throughout the English Channel 'unviable', however crossings have surged.
A Home Office spokeswoman said: 'We are urgently investigating the situations behind this incident.'
It comes as almost 600 migrants have been intercepted trying to move the Channel in three days last week.
The Home Office verified that the French authorities dealt with eight incidents involving a hundred thirty human beings on Friday, with the UK dealing with 4 boats involving eighty three people.
