The 57-year-old Harlem-born rapper, known best for his 1989 single “Just a Friend,” has struggled with his health for years, dating back to a diabetes diagnosis in 2010. “I walk. I do the treadmill, I stroll round the mall,” Biz informed The News at the time. “I do a little crunches with my stomach, not that much.”
