The Lawyers For Prince Andrew Have Requested The Original Version Of The Portrait With Virginia Giuffre

The Lawyers For Prince Andrew Have Requested The Original Version Of The Portrait With Virginia Giuffre.

According to reports, Prince Andrew's attorneys will try to disprove the photo, which is alleged to have been taken in 2001 at Ghislaine Maxwell's London house.

In 2001, at Ghislaine Maxwell's London house, Prince Andrew appeared to have his arm around Virginia Giuffre's waist.

The original photo of Prince Andrew with his accuser Virginia Giuffre has apparently been demanded by the Duke's lawyers.

The Duke's lawyers are expected to try to discredit the snapshot, which was allegedly taken in 2001 at Ghislaine Maxwell's London residence.

Ms Giuffre has included the photo in her lawsuit against Prince Andrew, alleging that she was forced to have sex with him on the night the photograph was shot, when she was 17 years old.

After being trafficked by Maxwell and millionaire paedophile Jeffrey Epstein, she claims she was forced to have sex with the Duke four times.

Virginia Giuffre's allegations were denied by Andrew in a US court.

The Independent says that Prince Andrew's legal team would try to find a method to dismiss the photos as serious evidence, according to a report in the I newspaper.

The shot was taken, according to Prince Andrew, but he has no recall of it.

"You can't verify whether or not that photograph is manufactured or not," he remarked in a BBC interview in 2019.
