  A tourist touring Midtown Manhattan was beaten with a baton during a fight with a stranger over a meals cart line, cops stated Wednesday. The 21-year-old victim, who lives in San Jose, Ca., was in line with various friends at a cart close to Sixth Ave. and W. 52nd St. when he got into an argument with a stranger about 1:20 a.m. Monday over their place in line, police sources said.
