Thomas Frank, the Brentford manager, has extended his contract till 2025.

Thomas Frank has signed a new contract with Brentford that will keep him at the club until the end of the 2024-25 season.

Last season, the Dane guided the Bees to Premier League promotion, ending a 74-year absence from the top division.

Brian Riemer, Frank's assistant, has also extended his employment until 2025.

Brentford director of football Phil Giles said, "They have been vital to the success that we've shared in recent seasons."

"We want to keep pushing Brentford forward, competing against clubs far bigger than ourselves and seeing how far we can go."

"I am certain that we can build on the achievements that Thomas and Brian, as well as the rest of the staff and players, have helped deliver, and I look forward to what I hope will be a successful season's end and beyond."

Frank took over as Brentford manager in 2018 after stepping up from his position as Dean Smith's deputy manager, who left to become the manager of Aston Villa.

The Bees won their first Premier League game 2-0 against Arsenal and are currently 14th in the table with 23 points from 23 games.
